I honestly never really paid attention to beauty tools like eyelash curlers, even though I dó use them every single day. My opinion about “boring” beauty tools like this totally changed when I discovered Tweezerman’s Classic Lash Curler. This eyelash curler made me realise that beauty tools like eyelash curlers and tweezers, dó need some attention too.
When I considered buying a more expensive eyelash curler a couple of years ago, I just entered the store without having any knowledge. I was shocked when the cashier told me their eyelash curlers costed €17,95! I couldn’t believe a simple eyelash curler – that I could buy somewhere else for €1,50 – was being sold there for so much more. The price made me think about my trusty old ones. How much better could the eyelash curler from Tweezerman be? Out of curiosity I bought it anyway and I even bought a third one a couple of days ago! The Classic Lash Curler from Tweezerman is so good, that I can’t resist putting it in the spotlight ánd yes, dedicating a full article about it now (who even does that..): My old and trusty €1,50 eyelash curlers from Hema had to be replaced every month. If I didn’t replace them within a month, the pad inside would break and leave my eyelashes sticking in the gap, which would sometimes pull some eyelashes out – nobody has time for that. However, this eyelash curler from Tweezerman does the contrary! Their eyelash curler comes in a plastic box with three extra replacement pads, which make this eyelash curler last for at least a half year! Instead of breaking, like cheaper eyelash curlers sometimes do, the pad of the Tweezerman eyelash curler just gets a little bit weaker. After a couple of months they won’t curl your lashes that pretty as before, but it does not (ever!) pull your lashes out.
Furthermore, it does give my lashes a natural curl (in my opinion). There’s no need to worry about sharp edges and weird curled lashes. Besides, curling with this eyelash curler is definitely fast and easy! The material and shape of this eyelash curler are just perfect. Other eyelash curlers I owned opened and closed a lot harder after a few weeks, but this one stays exactly the same, no matter what. The shape and size of the eyelash curler should be perfect for every eye shape and size.
Even though the Classic Lash Curler from Tweezerman is wáááy more expensive than drugstore eyelash curlers, I would definitely recommend it! It lasts so much longer, doesn’t pull your lashes out and gives that natural curl every girl is looking for! It’s worth the investment :)
What is your go-to eyelash curler? I would love to know!
